To place an order, choose one of the following methods:
- Enter your order directly on the World Wide Web. We provide a "shopping
cart" to allow you to select products as you browse our website. When
checking out, we provide a secure SSL session to protect your privacy including
credit card information.
- Or Call 81-75-432-1725 during 9 am - 6 pm Japan Standard Time, Monday-
Saturday. If you have any questions, please contact us. We promptly reply to questions sent by email.
- Or Fax your order to 81-75-432-1255 anytime. Print the computed order invoice
after checking out.
- Or Mail your completed order receipt after entering your order using our
online shopping system along with check or money order to:

Payment Options

- We accept the following credit cards:
- Visa
- Master Card
- American Express
- JCB
- International Postal Money Order - The money order must be in Japanese
fund. Please make sure your name and invoice number is on the money order.
We will ship the products as soon as we receive the money order. We do
not ship orders until we receive payment. Please make sure that it is "International"
Postal Money Order. For U.S. and Canadian customer. If not being able to
obtain this money order in Japanese fund, please send it in US$.
- T/T payment - If your total is ¥50000 or more, you may pay directly
to our bank account.
- Certified Bank Checks - As long as the following conditions are met, we
process the order immediately upon receiving your check. We do not ship
orders until we receive payment.
- The check must be in Japanese fund drawn on a Japanese bank.
- The minimum purchase is ¥50000.
- Your physical address and telephone number must also be pre-printed or
hand written onto the check. No P.O. Box addresses accepted.
- Please make sure your invoice number is on the check if you submitted the
order online.
- C.O.D. is not available for the international mail order.

Shipping Options

- Orders are shipped by Express Mail Service in most cases.
- Other shipping methods are available such as UPS Worldwide Express. You
pay shipping costs for these methods which is based on the weight and destination.

Returns
|
| You must contact us for a return authorization prior to returning any merchandise.
Merchandise must be returned at your expense in unopened and perfect condition
in order to receive credit or refund. Full credit(excluding the shipping)
will be issued for unopened merchandise returned within 10 days of your
receipt of shipment. A 25% restocking fee will be applied to returns after
10 days. No product returns will be accepted after 30 days. On the rare
occasion that we may ship you an item other than what you ordered, do not
open the product or it will void your right to return it. Please contact
us so we can exchange it for the correct item. |
